The Cherry Street North Bridge was fabricated in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, and travelled to Toronto on a barge. This video shows its journey down the St. Lawrence Seaway to Lake Ontario and Toronto’s Port Lands. It travelled through four provinces, navigating the Strait of Canso and lift locks in the South Shore Canal, Beauharnois Canal and Wiley-Dondero Canal
